Moku:Delta Launch Promotion

The following terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations governing the Liquid Instruments Moku:Delta Launch Promotion ("Promotion"). The Promotion is organized by Liquid Instruments ("we," "us," or "our”) and is open to customers who make an eligible purchase from us within the specified timeframe and meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.

Promotion Period

The Promotion will run from October 1, 2025 to November 30, 2025, inclusive ("Promotion Period").

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to customers who purchase one of the following bundles directly from Liquid Instruments during the Promotion Period:

a. Single-Unit Purchase Offer 

• Purchase of one (1) Moku:Delta Full Suite Bundle will receive:

  • One (1) Moku:Go M2 Base Bundle at no additional cost.

  • Gigabit Streamer instrument on the Delta unit, when available, at no additional cost, subject to applicable export controls and compliance requirements.

b. Four-Unit Purchase Offer

• Purchase of four (4) Moku:Delta Full Suite Bundles will receive:

  • One (1) additional Moku:Delta Full Suite Bundle at no additional cost.

  • Gigabit Streamer instrument on each eligible device, when available, at no additional cost , subject to applicable export controls and compliance requirements.
    

c. Eight-Unit Purchase Offer

• Purchase of eight (8) Moku:Delta Full Suite Bundles will receive:
  • Two (2) additional Moku:Delta Full Suite Bundles at no additional cost.
  • Gigabit Streamer instrument on each eligible device, when available, at no additional cost, subject to applicable export controls and compliance requirements.
  • Priority shipment scheduling for reduced lead time.
  • Three (3) years of Premium Service Package at no additional cost.
  • On-site onboarding and training provided by Liquid Instruments staff.

Exclusions

The Promotion is not valid with any other offers or discounts.

Promotional Product Details

• Any Moku:Delta, Moku:Go, and Gigabit Streamer provided under this promotion are:
  • Non-transferable.
  • Non-exchangeable.
  • Not redeemable for cash or any other form of compensation.
• The color of the Moku:Go will be allocated at Liquid Instruments' discretion.
  

General Terms

Liquid Instruments reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions. We also reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, without notice, for any reason. Participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Liquid Instruments, which are final and binding. Any personal information collected during the Promotion will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.

Limitation of Liability

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT LIQUID INSTRUMENTS SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT OUR LIABILITY, IF ANY, IN RELATION TO THE PROMOTION SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
